I teach Environmental Fluid Mechanics is a foundational course for environmental and water resources engineers.  It serves to provide students a basic understanding of flow in the natural environment.  We focus on issues of scale, effects of stratification, formulation of turbulence models, and how to learn from the EFM literature.
