Here are the results. I have zoomed in so you can get a better feel.
The stream threshold is 5000 cells in this view and I also played around with different thresholds in this step.
I think these results are pretty cool; no flow through buildings and everything drains to the creeks. You can see how I defined flow from each tank area to the next.
