Though born in Canada, my family and I moved to Hawaii when I was quite young and it's Hawaii I consider my home. The picture on the left even shows a view from my family's home. I attended Tulane University, in New Orleans, Louisiana, graduating in May 1996 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree, majoring in Environmental Engineering. To see some pictures of New Orleans, view my New Orleans Photo Album. |

I received my Master's Degree in Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in May, 1998. I was a student in the Environmental and Water Resources Engineering Program while attending UT Austin. My Master's Thesis was on Fugitive Emissions of VOCs from Industrial Sewer Networks: Integration of naUTilus and ArcView and can be accessed as an online report in PDF format. Other documents related to my thesis are user documents for the naUTilus/ArcView interface and a slide presentation given at the EWRE seminar in February, 1998: My research advisors were Dr. David Maidment and Dr. Richard Corsi.Other projects I worked on as a graduate student include:
